1ST FLOOR - SHOWROOM

A 3200 Sqft open floor plan with exposed beams, brick and an outdoor smoking area that can be converted to fit your needs. This space is used often for a variety of parties, small concerts, comedy shows, photo shoots, art exhibits and even corporate banquets. Let us know your ideas and we will do our best to accommodate. Sorry, no cannabis related events are allowed. This is the most popular option and will require the most advance notice to schedule your event. Need something on shorter notice or on a budget… No problem. See our Mezzanine level which tends to have more open availability at a cheaper price.

2ND FLOOR - MEZZANINE

Our 2nd floor mezzanine is approx 1050 sqft of open space that we can set up in any way you like. We have had movie screenings, yoga classes, fashion shows, dance parties, open-mic nights, performance art, art shows, retail pop up events, graduation parties… You name it, we’ve done it here!

ENTIRE BUILDING

A total of 4200 sqft perfect for almost any event, with a second floor mezzanine that can be used for a VIP area, dressing space or just more room for all your guests. This is a very unique space that has a wide range of creative uses. We are strategically located in an area that will allow you to play the music loud without upsetting any neighbors. So let loose and get wild…within reason of course.

Each floor has its own bathrooms making them self sufficient and ready to host your next event. We can provide tables, chairs, a pop up juice bar, video projector, colored lighting or even a disco ball!! For bigger events you can rent the whole building!! Just tell us what you need and we do our best to accommodate. DJs, Set up/Clean up staff, Security and general help are all available at your request.
